摘 要
雖然山區土石的崩塌所造成的環境災害,會受地質、地形及雨量直接影響,但隨著社會經濟的發展,大量山坡地遭受過度或不當的開發使用,亦為引發山坡地土石災害的重要因素。本研究先以德基水庫集水區為範圍,利用2003年之航空照片,應用地理資訊系統(Geographical Information System,GIS),建立崩塌地、河流、道路、地質等地文資料,並以數位高程模型推導坡度、坡向、海拔高等地形因子。以GIS的套疊分析功能,進行崩塌地之空間分布分析,探討崩塌地產生之影響機制。研究結果顯示本研究區之崩塌地有1,149處面積約1,506公頃,地形與地文因子皆與崩塌地產生具有顯著性的相關。以邏輯迴歸模型配置崩塌地潛感分布模式,全區域區分為低?感、中潛感、高?感及極高?感四個等級,由崩塌潛感圖與土地利用型交叉比對,得知農耕地坐落於極高、高之?感區域內之比例相對較高,此資訊可供相關管理單位參考。

Abstract
The Techi reservoir watershed was used as a study area for digitizing landslides affected by geology, terrain and rainfall factors. These factors cause landslide hazards on hillside land which, due to overuse, become unsuitable owing to social and economic development. The geographic information, taken from aerial photos dating 2003, was used as a tool for building some environment factors (rivers, roads and some geographic factors) used in this investigation. A digital elevation model was provided for estimating the terrain factors of slope, aspect and elevation. The overlay function of geographical information system (GIS) was used to study the mechanisms of landslides. The results showed that there were 1,149 landslide sites in a total area of about 1506 hectares. Terrain and geographic were significantly related with landslide hazards. From cross table analysis, croplands located in high or very high grade potential landslide were found providing valuable information for land management administration.
