The objective of the present study was to determine the effect of different sludge concentration and temperature treatment on cleaning rate. Wastewater after 15 minutes aeration and the feces and urine from the sows were collected, evenly mixed until the COD concentration was above 3000 ppm, wastewater was placed in the multi purpose fermentative tank for fermentation. The temperature treatments were 20°C, 30°C and 40°C, with the amount of sludge 20%, 30%, 50% and 70%, 4 replicates each treatment. The fermentation of wastewater was 24 hours, where sampling before and after 12 hours fermentation and 24 hours after completion of fermentation. From the results of the study, it was observed that the cleaning rate of the top cleaning water from 40°C and 30°C treated groups were better than the 20°C group, as for the mean value, the cleaning rate of 30°C tended to be better than the 40°C group. While sampling different amount of sludge, it was observed that the cleaning rate of wastewater mixture in 70% sludge composition group was the worst. But, for the cleaning rate of the top cleaning water, the 70% and 50% sludge concentration groups were higher than the 20% and, 30% groups.
