The rich use of strains of Rhizopus oryzae lipase, and the use of ultrasonic oscillation technique to reduce the mass transfer resistance, destruction of immiscible interfaces in order to enhance the reaction rate, shorten the transesterification reaction time, and free or immobilized bacterial biomass pattern as a biological catalyst for transesterification of the research purposes, and get the optimal culture conditions and reaction conditions, and then esterification of the product used in the study, the best operating temperature of 35 ℃, pH value control 6 ~ 8, in 1 hour fatty acid methyl ester yield of more than 95% efficiency.
