This paperpresentsamethodtomitigatetheinterferencesagainstpseudolite-typeand
continuous-waveinterferencesinaglobalnavigationsatellitesystem(GNSS)environ-
ment. Ground-basedpseudolitescantransmitGPS-likedsignalsandaugmentGNSS
constellationstoenhancetheaccuracy,integrity,andavailability.Unfortunately,a
nearbypseudolitemayinduceastronginterferencetoGPSreceivers.Asaresult,the
receivermayfailtoacquireandtracksignalsfromsatellites.Inordertoaccountforsuch
a problem,amitigationschemethatcombinestheuseoffrequencydomainexcision
methodanddirectreconstructionmethodisproposedtoeffectivelynullifycontinuous-
wave andpseudolite-typeinterferences,sothattheGPSsignalscanstillbetrackedin
the presenceofstronginterferences.Experimentresultsshowthatwiththeremovalof
interferences,themeasurednarrow-to-widepowerratioforallsatellitescanbe
enhanced.Asensitivityanalysisisthenconductedtoassesstheperformanceofthe
proposedalgorithminthepresenceoferrorsintheestimationofthesignalpower,
Dopplerfrequencyandcodedelay.Finally,theproblemofcombinedinterferencesof
pseudolitesandcontinuous-wavesourcesisinvestigatedboththeoreticallyand
experimentally.Itisshownthatthemethodisapplicabletomitigatenarrowband
continuous-waveinterferencesandpseudolite-typeinterferences.
