In this paper, europium ion doped tellurite phosphors Y1-xInGe2O7:Eux (x = 0.5) were prepared by microwave sintering method in different sintering temperature, 1000 ℃, 1100 ℃ and 1200 ℃, for 60min. The surface morphology of sintered phosphor powder was observed by SEM, the crystal structure of sintered phosphors was observed by X-Ray diffraction, and the phosphor luminescence of phosphor was analyzed by photoluminescence spectrometer, which the excitation light of 393 nm was used to analyze YInGe2O7:Eu phosphor sintered at different temperature of 1000 ℃, 1100 ℃ and 1200 ℃. From experimental results, there is an obvious emission peak located at 617 nm when the temperature is 1200 ℃.
