The system dimensions and physical properties of this paper is definite by using the existing specifications of electric bike on the local market. This essay approached the visualization mechanical development model to replace traditional mathematical models, aims for the possibility that comfort of riding might exists, by comparison with passive suspensions: PID control and fuzzy-PID control, and observed fuzzy-PID control whether to get a better ride comfort. This paper contained an experiment with the 10km/h to 40km/h speed setting of the electric bike to calculate the RMS of electric bike, use ISO2631-1 as the comfort of basis through three different kinds of road surfaces, the results showed that fuzzy-PID control and passive suspension system.
