The all-fiber Mach–Zehnder interferometer (AFMZI)
for the study is composed of two taper structures for
coupling and decoupling light signal. Single fusion-stretching
and multiple fusion process was employed to fabricate taper
structure. The best sensing sensitivity is -104.20 nm / RIU in
range of 1.333 to 1.420 RIU.
