More than 95% feed ingredients are imported. These are exposed to molds and toxins contaminations before turning to feeds. However, the seriousness situation of contaminated by mycotoxin is still unclear. Therefore, 45 swine feed samples were collected for investigating the general status of mycotoxin contaminated situation in animal farms and creating useful hazard analysis control points for farming systems. The immune affinity column technic, HPLC and LC-MS/MS analysis methods were used to detect the accurate quantity of the toxins. The results shown that, low levels of FB1, FB2. And F2 were detected from those samples but without showing clinical symptoms. The highest level was 2.063 ppm in this study, which is far below 10 ppm. Even though there was a sample been detected of Zearalenone, which was less than 50 ppb and without showing any symptom. In conclusion, frequently detect mycotoxin levels in feeds is a critical hazard analysis control points for farming systems.
